Saganaki with shrimp and Feta Greek food with gusto

2 pounds shrimp (not cooked shell removed

1/4 cup olive oil

1 Tbsp butter

1 onion diced

1 cup prepared tomato sauce

1/2 cup hot water
-
1 cup Greek feta cheese in small pieces

Pepper a touch of salt
-
1/2 tsp dry Oregano
-
1/2 Tsp red Pepper flakes

In a heavy pan add olive oil and butter, sauté onion and garlic until transparent.

Add shrimp and cook until it changes color about 3 minutes.

Incorporate tomato sauce and water, stir well and add salt, pepper and dry Oregano.

Add to the shrimp and cook 2 more minutes

Add Feta cheese and place in a hot oven for 10 min to give the cheese a chance to melt.

Serve with good bread and enjoy something so easy and yet so delicious.
When cooking with Feta cheese keep in mind to use less salt.
