A walk in the Past...

"... In my early teens I immigrated to Canada with my parents and sister. That is where I had my own family and that is where we still reside. We come very often to Greece for our vacation and renewal.

On one of those trips, twenty years ago, I found my grandmother's recipes.

I brought it back to Canada with my special memories. Nothing was especially different because my mother was cooking the same way.

You see, the scrap book was her mothers and I followed in their footsteps, cooking the same way.

However, the original recipes took my mother forever to do, so I thought, why not bring tradition up-to-date. And this is what I did, being very careful not to change the tastes but to be able to preserve the original flavor of every recipe. The culinary was fantastic. Hence, I decided to publish my families treasures and to give the opportunity to all of you that love Greek food, to take the taste, aroma and spirit of Greece with you. "
