How to make fish! Greek Sea Bream Broiled!
Why so many people are afraid of eating fish!
I love to eat fish, in any form!
But others, have a problem cooking fish! Really for the majority of people eating fish is a huge challenge!
Let’s demystify the fish challenge, and enjoy some Sea Bream on a bed of vegetables!
Fish is good for us, really all the Omegas they possess make fish a valuable ally for our good health!
People have not been exposed to fish, therefore are not informed about the benefits of good fish!
Many don’t even know how to start eating a whole fish, they are also afraid of the bones!
It requires skill to eat fish, and of course, someone to teach you how to proceed, so you can have an enjoyable experience, and not to chock!
Also, you have to remember, that small manageable bites are a must, just in case there is a small runaway little bone! You have to catch it on time! Small bites with whole fish!
Because of these issues, people prefer boneless fillets of fish, so the fish industry is aiming to please all the ones that don’t like to play with fish! As for me, I come from a long line of fish lovers, we start eating fish with knife and fork, and we end up eating with our hands because that is where the satisfaction and pleasure is!
Here is my wonderful recipe for Sea Bream on a colorful bed of vegetables!
