Shrimp salad, with dill and warm dressing

12-15 shrimp medium size.
5 tblsp oil.
1 tblsp butter
6 sprigs dill finely chopped
6 fresh onions finely chopped
½ cup white wine.
Salt- pepper
½ head of small Boston lettuce
Tomato slices (for decoration)
Place oil and butter in heavy frying pan- sauté shrimp one minute each side or until it changes color,
salt-pepper-shrimp.
Remove shrimp from pan and add onion and dill sauté just until it wilts 2 minutes max.
Add wine to deglaze for another minute, remove from heat and add shrimp to the dill mixture, incorporate together.
Ready to use over your salad.
